Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ROX Office Operations, including creating and managing annual budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ROX office vendors, fleet management, IT equipment needs, and local professional groups.
  • Coordinate intradepartmental activities, such as new project initiative pilots, IT system rollouts, and legal matters.
  • Assist with local reputation management, habitability, and insurance claim coordination.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Operations Manager-Resident Support.
Event Logistics:
  • Manage all ROX event logistics, including team outings, corporate visits, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate calendar management, uniforms, and travel logistics.
New Hire Experience:
  • Serve as the new hire liaison for the first 5 days, elevating the onboarding experience.
  • Set intro calls with departments and introduce team members, confirm systems access, and educate new hires on Tricon programs.
Qualifications:
  • Team performance mindset, with a focus on integrity, discretion, and problem-solving.
  • Prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and bring order to chaos.
  • Polished executive presence, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Continuous learner, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and programs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of managing a 50+ person office.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and high aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Experience in project/program management preferred.
