Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Executive Office and Human Resources Department at Highgate Hotels Corporate Office in TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to EVP, SVP of HR, and VP of Talent Management
  • Book executive travel and process invoices for payment
  • Craft internal announcements and process new hire paperwork
  • Process expense reports and maintain employee files and records
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, reference and background checks, and IT tickets
  • Update HR contact lists and maintain monthly assigned reports
  • Provide backup assistance to the Corporate Receptionist and answer phone calls

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Heavy travel booking experience and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional organizational and written communication skills
