Corporate HR Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Executive Office and Human Resources Department at Highgate Hotels Corporate Office in TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to EVP, SVP of HR, and VP of Talent Management
- Book executive travel and process invoices for payment
- Craft internal announcements and process new hire paperwork
- Process expense reports and maintain employee files and records
- Assist with new hire onboarding, reference and background checks, and IT tickets
- Update HR contact lists and maintain monthly assigned reports
- Provide backup assistance to the Corporate Receptionist and answer phone calls
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Heavy travel booking experience and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Superior customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational and written communication skills
