  • Building Management: Act as the primary contact for building management to handle any facility-related concerns.
  • Printing and Document Services: Manage high-volume printing, binding, and document production needs to support various business functions.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in office services management or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • High level of discretion with sensitive information and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive working relationships across the company.
