Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land Services Administrator to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As a key member of our department, you will provide administrative support to our team members, assisting with various tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Data Management: Maintain and update daily reports to track department activity, including financial data and project statuses.
  • Research and Data Collection: Collect data from internal and external sources to prepare and distribute key reports for leadership.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for external parties, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Calendar Management: Manage departmental calendars, ensuring deadlines and meetings are tracked effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Contract Review: Review contracts and agreements to understand terms and restrictions, providing clarity on any issues.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform calculations related to ownership and revenue for ongoing projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and share relevant information.
  • Invoice Processing: Review and process departmental invoices for approval.
  • Document Management: Obtain required signatures from management for agreements and documents.
