Land Development Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and designers to produce construction plans, exhibits, and reports for single-family residential and commercial projects.
- Apply advanced engineering principles and practices to ensure project success.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct large and complex engineering projects.
- Interact with clients and other consultants to ensure effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 7+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
