Job Summary

BOSS Facility Services is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual for an Account Coordinator position in our Preventative Maintenance Department. This full-time role requires on-site presence during the day shift, Monday through Friday, with some overtime and weekend work possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all notes and correspondence in the database.
  • Monitor the status of ordered materials.
  • Finalize completed work orders to guarantee receipt of all necessary information.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field.
