Job Title: Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator at Crane Cartage & Freight, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless client communications and conflict resolution. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client issues efficiently, keeping the Account Manager informed of any problems that may arise.

Working closely with the project team, you will maintain a continuous knowledge of the account status at all times. You will also be responsible for managing invoices and account receivables for the account, with direction from the Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and conflict resolution
  • Work closely with the project team to maintain account status
  • Manage invoices and account receivables
  • Provide regular input on account activity

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Technical competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
