Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Customer Service: Sell new and used vehicles to customers, providing detailed information about the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our current vehicle inventory, including features, benefits, and competitive pricing.
- Proposal and Presentation: Present proposals to customers, highlighting the value and benefits of each vehicle.
- Utilize Legal and Ethical Selling Techniques: Ensure that all sales interactions are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
- Customer Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, as well as minimum CSI requirements.
- Vehicle Delivery: Ensure that each vehicle is properly delivered to customers.
- Market and Promote: Market and promote our products to potential customers through various channels.
- Follow-up and Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and potential referrals.
- Car Pros Sales System: Familiarize yourself with and follow the Car Pros sales system.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate sales tracking in VinSolutions.
- Professionalism and Conduct: Treat members of the public in a courteous and non-discriminatory manner, and maintain a professional demeanor while on the job.
- Compliance and Policies: Adhere to the dealership's sexual harassment/non-discrimination policies, as well as other policies in the dealership handbook.
- Ongoing Compliance: Maintain ongoing compliance with Car Pros policies and procedures via Compli.
- Dress Code and ID Badge: Follow Car Pros standards regarding dress code and wear a Car Pros Employee ID Badge daily.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
After 60 days of employment, employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, and basic life/AD&D insurance. Car Pros sponsors 80% of basic medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental, and vision insurance for employees. Employees pay the additional cost for dependents and any voluntary elections.
We offer a 401k plan that you can enroll in after just one year of service. Additionally, you'll accrue one hour of personal time off for every 30 hours worked, giving you the flexibility you need.
Pay: $134,627.91 - $362,793.25 Annually
