Senior SAP RAR Solutions Architect

Infosys is in search of a Senior SAP RAR Solutions Architect.

In this pivotal role, you will be an essential member of the consulting team, tasked with uncovering and articulating the problem statement, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement, assessing potential solutions, and providing strategic recommendations. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive design, architecture, and process documentation, as well as executing the deployment strategy. You will also facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure the delivery of impactful consulting solutions that empower our clients to adapt to the evolving global landscape.

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the relevant field in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is necessary.
  • This position may involve travel and/or relocation.
  • U.S. citizens and individuals authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Desirable Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience with SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting), focusing on design, configuration, and integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM.
  • Experience with two full life cycle implementations of the SAP RAR module, including migration projects.
  • In-depth understanding of the order-to-cash process, integration of SD/FICO modules, BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Familiarity with BRF+ is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD, and FI/CO.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams and delivering detailed designs aligned with industry best practices.
  • Prior experience in high-tech or software sectors with a solid grasp of accounting principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to articulate business and functional requirements, as well as present management-level proposals.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus.
  • Candidates with a degree in finance or CPA/CPA equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong business process knowledge combined with technical skills is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Expertise in SAP FI module integration, particularly in FI-MM and FI-SD.
  • Experience with interfaces involving both SAP and non-SAP systems, including iDocs, RFCs, and BAPI.
  • Ability to read and debug ABAP code is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with teams located in various regions.

The role involves both sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication through various channels is essential.
