This role is integral to our consulting team, responsible for identifying and articulating the challenges faced by clients, assessing potential solutions, and providing strategic recommendations. You will develop comprehensive design documents, architectural frameworks, and process specifications while executing the deployment strategy. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge transfer aimed at delivering impactful consulting solutions that empower our clients to adapt to the evolving global market.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the relevant field may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology is essential.
  • This position may necessitate travel and/or relocation.
  • U.S. citizens and individuals authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Desirable Qualifications


• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, including problem identification, architecture, design, and process detailing.


• A minimum of 7 years of expertise in SAP FICO.


• At least 7 years of experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.


• Proven track record with 7 years of SAP project implementation experience in SAP FICO, including integration with other functional areas.


• Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications, with at least 5 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.


• Experience in at least two end-to-end implementation projects where you served as a Principal Consultant at the client site.


• Strong knowledge and business experience in SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA, particularly in SAP Finance, Controlling, and Accounting; comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance.


• Awareness of forthcoming changes in SAP FICO with SAP S/4HANA, along with a commitment to learning, prototyping, and enhancing expertise in the latest SAP financial technologies.


• Hands-on experience and knowledge in the design, configuration, and testing of core Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO).


• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center.


• Familiarity with key integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including COPA, ML, New GL, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS, and T&E.


• Experience in SAP FICO reporting and allocations is advantageous.


• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology and ABAP development/debugging is a plus.


• Experience working on S4HANA RFPs as a Functional Consultant.


• SAP product certifications are beneficial.


• Strong understanding of business processes within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.


• Knowledge of GXP and SOX requirements, with experience in a validated environment.


• Excellent analytical and communication skills.


• Project and talent management capabilities.


• A desire to work in a management consulting environment that may require regular travel.
