This role demands a seasoned professional contributing to various stages of the consulting lifecycle. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the development, configuration, and deployment of comprehensive solutions. You will mentor teams on project methodologies, deliverables, and assist in proposal development, client training, and internal capability enhancement while helping to clarify project scope.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required. Consideration will also be given to candidates with three years of progressive experience in the relevant field in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology is required.
  • This position is based in Austin, TX. Travel and/or relocation may be necessary.
  • U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Sponsorship is not available at this time.

Desirable Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP projects, including 2 years in full lifecycle implementation projects specifically in SAP MM.
  • Proficient in analyzing business requirements, providing both conceptual and detailed designs to fulfill business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, and drafting detailed specifications for the development of ABAP custom programs, as well as testing and implementing automated solutions.
  • Strong practical experience in Logistics Execution, EDI/Idoc Integration, and system integration is essential.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with B2B Integration and system-to-system integration of SAP through EDI/IDOC and other interfacing methods are crucial.
  • Extensive familiarity with SAP custom application programs, enhancements, BADIs/BAPIs, interfaces, and user exits is vital.
  • Experience in Master Data projects and Enterprise Portal is advantageous.
  • Ability to read ABAP code is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical capabilities, are necessary.
  • Experience in project management is preferred, with expected planning and coordination skills.
  • Ability to write functional and technical specifications for ABAP custom solutions and interfaces.
  • Experience in Logistics Execution is beneficial.
  • Collaboration with business users to define scope and gather business requirements is essential.
  • Testing and rollout of the final product is a key responsibility.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously is required.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, along with planning and coordination abilities, are essential.
