Regional Sales Director

Job Summary: The Bar Plan Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a dynamic sales professional to serve as a Regional Sales Manager. This role will be based in the Kansas City area and will be responsible for implementing a strategic sales plan and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lawyers and law firms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of three years of insurance sales experience or experience in a law-related field
