Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in Kansas City. This full-time outside sales position offers a competitive salary, with the potential to earn above six figures in the first year.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with clients and providing them with tailored solutions for their health insurance needs. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, as well as train and mentor new members of the team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients. They will also be highly motivated and able to work independently, with a focus on achieving results-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Train and mentor new team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activity and performance
