Estimated Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve year-over-year installed base and core growth objectives. Responsibilities include developing and executing a targeted regional plan, coaching and retaining a results-driven sales team, and promoting Radiometer's portfolio products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Coach the sales team to increase market share and sales revenue through promotion of Radiometer's portfolio products
  • Develop and execute a business plan for the region to win new customers, retain existing ones, and expand revenue growth
  • Negotiate regional system-wide contracts and financial agreements to meet customer needs while meeting company growth objectives and profitability requirements
  • Provide leadership in measuring and improving results through a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of the Danaher Business System (DBS)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, business, science, or marketing major preferred
  • 5+ years sales experience in medical capital equipment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team to success
