Director of Regional Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the growth of our regional sales division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of business development and revenue generation in the Health and Human Services industry.
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at B2B target companies, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to achieve sales goals.
- Pursue speaking engagements and industry conferences to enhance thought leadership and drive business growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management for sales performance and forecasting.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a social science field, along with 3+ years of experience in the Health and Human Services industry. Strong presentation, written and oral communication, and analytical skills are also essential.
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, flexible work environment, and opportunities for growth and continued learning.
