Key Responsibilities
  • Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in the agency office
  • Engage with existing clients through annual reviews to cross-sell additional services
  • Prepare and present quotes, successfully selling and closing new policies on a daily basis
  • Respond promptly to service alerts, emails, and calls directed to the agency
  • Conduct daily outbound follow-up calls to potential clients and leads

Qualifications
  • Must hold a General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
  • Prior experience in insurance sales or service is preferred
  • Ability to cross-sell auto, home, and umbrella insurance products
  • Skilled in developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying client needs
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing
  • Educate clients on various insurance options available
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
