Job Title: Security Account Manager

Job Summary:

Allied Universal is seeking a highly skilled Security Account Manager to join our team. As a Security Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day security operations of an assigned client site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to protect people and property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors, including hiring, training, coaching, and development.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites, meet or exceed financial and operational goals, and provide quality customer service.
  • Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
  • Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
  • At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently.
