Job Title: Account Executive Officer, Construction Underwriting

As an Account Executive Officer in our Construction Underwriting team, you'll play a critical role in building strong relationships with agents and brokers to provide tailored insurance solutions for construction contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of construction clients, identifying opportunities to grow and retain business.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert underwriting guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers to drive sales and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 6-8 years of underwriting experience, preferably in construction or oil and gas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • CPCU designation a plus.
