Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Promote the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of residents.

Requirements:

  • Must possess strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses.
