">We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse (PICU RN) to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a PICU RN with Health Advocates Network-Peoria, you will have the opportunity to work with critically ill children and provide exceptional patient care.
">Job Description:
">- Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients requiring intensive care services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric critical care.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Intensive Care Registered Nurse (PICU RN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Tracheotomy/Ventilator management experience required.
