As a Progressive Care (Step Down) RN at St. Mary's Hospital, you will play a vital role in assessing patient status, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

With a minimum of 1 year of RN experience and a current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyzing assessment data, creating patient care plans, and implementing treatment. You must also have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred but not required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, including benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and employer-matched retirement savings plan.
