Job Description
This role involves providing life skills training and support to adults with developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include:
  • Aiding consumers with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene routines, and household chores
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Facilitating communication between clients and healthcare professionals

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
  • A current CPR Certification
  • A recent TB Test
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (not required but preferred)
  • A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance for roles requiring driving

Salary Information
The salary for this position is $17 per hour, offering a competitive compensation package. In addition to the salary, full and part-time positions are available, and paid time off and sick leave are included.
