Clinical Patient Advocate

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team in Richmond and surrounding counties. In this role, you will be responsible for representing our services, networking with healthcare professionals, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote our services at networking events and functions
- Assist with initial patient intake process and provide skilled professional nursing evaluations
- Obtain data on physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors impacting patients' needs and initiate intervention by interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice
- Must possess current CPR and First Aid Certification
- 1 year experience preferred
Salary and Benefits:
- $85,000 - $100,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
