About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Salesforce Administration team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for Salesforce implementation, maximizing return on investment (ROI) and improving overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a remote/hybrid team of seven, including analysts, administrators, and technical specialists.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Provide strong leadership to drive agility and prioritization to meet annual scorecard and workplan commitments and deliver on energy savings.
  • Strengthen team operations to deliver an optimal 'shared services' model for the organization.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for Salesforce implementation, focusing on maximizing ROI and improving overall efficiency.
  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, EnergyOrbit and potential additional Salesforce, SaaS, and AI integrations.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to optimize the Salesforce application layer.
  • Ensure Salesforce is utilized effectively across the organization, conducting audits and implementing best practices.
  • Provide thought leadership in the adoption of Salesforce, driving innovative solutions that align with EfficiencyOne's growth objectives.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of Salesforce administrator experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and system architecture.
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and knowledge of AI integrations.
  • Leadership: demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Visionary leader with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business value.
