Job Title: HR CoordinatorJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of various human resources programs and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
  • Administer employee record systems, including compensation, performance management, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Perform routine filing, scanning, printing, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance.
  • Assist with benefits data administration, including enrollment, activation, and termination in the systems.
  • Prepare and conduct new employee orientations.
  • Coordinate and verify pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Payroll, and IT for HR-related issues and agenda.
  • Provide backup to the HR team in their absence.
Requirements:
  • Two (2) plus years of prior experience obtaining knowledge of principles and practices of human resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Alignment with company mission, vision, and values.
  • Strong work ethic with a great attitude.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.
