Your New Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Controlling Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR controlling team, you will be responsible for creating planning and expectation calculations, analyzing deviations, and maintaining organizational management in SAP. You will also ensure the accuracy of the job plan in our HR software and administer time management.

As a key user for the HR system Guidecom HR Suite, you will link modules and integrate/incorporate data from SAP. You will also create and analyze regular and ad-hoc evaluations and reports for various internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR team and managers to develop and maintain a key figure system/cockpit and implement it in the HR Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of planning and expectation calculations
  • Analysis of deviations
  • Maintenance of organizational management in SAP
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the job plan in our HR software
  • Administration of time management
