Job Title: HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Cesna. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of various human resources programs and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
  • Administer employee record systems, including compensation, performance management, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Perform routine filing, scanning, printing, and archiving of records to ensure record retention compliance.
  • Assist in benefits data administration, including helping with enrollment, activation, and termination in the systems.
  • Prepare and conduct new employee orientations.
  • Coordinate and verify pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Coordinate various new hire processes, including E-Verify, I-9 compliance, notification to state registry, and employee badging and issuance of equipment based on client requirements.
  • Maintain Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Payroll, and IT for HR-related issues and agenda.
  • Provide backup to the HR team in their absence.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (Korean) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or related major or minor.
