Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the overall operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Manage the human resources of the unit, including staffing, recruitment, and performance management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Monitor and analyze unit performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
