Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the East Norriton, PA area. As an Automotive Assistant or Service Manager, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the efficient operation of the repair shop, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage the efficient operation of the repair shop, including scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ordering parts
  • Ensure the quality and timely completion of jobs, exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicate safety and mechanical issues to the store manager to relate to the customer
  • Basic supervisory/leadership skills are required to be fully effective in the role
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
