Job Title

A Technical Support Services Manager is needed to enhance the service desk SLA compliance by executing initiatives, designing plans, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for software, hardware, and network support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality of business information and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Evaluate, configure, and install applications and operating systems, such as PowerMHS and MS Office.
  • Repair computerized equipment, such as PCs, laptops, and printers.
  • Assist Service Centers on all applications, operating systems, and computer equipment requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in computers, software, hardware, Microsoft, and telephony.
  • Certifications/Licenses: A+, Network+ ITIL preferred.
Work Environment

Usual office working conditions with adequate illumination and temperature. Minimum physical activity required.

Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
