Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT professional to join our fast-paced tech team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first line of defense, providing technical support to our customers and ensuring they have the best possible user experience.
Job Details- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems.
- Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the existing case management systems.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal support staff to assure accurate problem interpretation.
- Maintain communication with customers during the problem resolution process.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions to end-users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field is preferred. Professional certification such as CompTIA A+ will be an advantage.
$18 - $35 per hour
