Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Identification and Development: Identify and develop automotive customers according to defined strategies.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with assigned customers to detect new opportunities and manage existing projects, leading to active part, net sales, and gross profit growth.
  • Customer Visits and Relationship Management: Conduct face-to-face customer visits to build sustainable relationships based on proactive collaboration.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Highlight product features and service offerings based on analyses of customers' applications and requirements.
  • Customer Inquiry Management: Manage customer inquiries and provide the best solution for their needs.
  • Annual Price Negotiations: Accomplish annual price negotiations with customers.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Cooperate with Inside Sales and field application engineering to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Customer Interface Solutions: Integrate management, engineering, quality, and operations personnel in customer interface solutions as required.
  • Industry Events: Attend trade shows and conferences to stay updated on industry developments.
