Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Warranty Manager to join our team at Green Brick Partners. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and warranty service delivery.



Key Responsibilities


• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve warranty claims and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct thorough investigations and inspections to identify and address defects or deficiencies.
• Schedule and manage trade contractors to ensure prompt and quality repairs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all warranty-related activities and case dispositions.
• Collaborate with the Homeowner Services Department to receive and respond to service work orders within 24 hours.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless warranty service delivery.



Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in warranty services or a related field.
• Excellent scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
• Strong knowledge of construction terms and practices, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

Experience:
• 2+ years working in the construction industry.
• Strong scheduling skills are a must.



Physical Requirements: Must have a vehicle capable of carrying supplies, valid driver's license and be willing to drive among designated communities in daytime and nighttime.


Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; climb, balance and stoop, crouch or crawl; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.
