Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Nichiha. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies and driving specification position for our products with the Architect, Specifier, General Contractor, and Installer community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement agreed-upon sales strategies and programs to increase sales output
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies and programs
  • Build relationships with Architects, General Contractors, Installers, and other actors in the construction community
  • Influence the specification process with Specification Writers/Creators
  • Develop partnerships within the General Contractor and Installer community to increase awareness of Nichiha's products
  • Identify top General Contractors that can influence material changes and position Nichiha as a cladding of choice
  • Liaise with specialty and commodity Installers to position Nichiha as a revenue-generating cladding for their business
  • Track and maintain a project pipeline from specification to order received stage
  • Document all activities and present AIA/CES courses to Architects
  • Assist in the development of new AIA CES offerings and present Product Knowledge Trainings to General Contractors and Installers
  • Coordinate market intelligence on product, program, shipping, and market segments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in building materials sales
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a robust client database
  • Proficient in face-to-face sales and able to create product and technical presentations
  • Excellent presentation skills and general understanding of the construction process
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and experience using Dodge Data and a CRM tool
  • Understanding of social media trends and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
