Job Title: Technical Product Manager

At Macy's, we're seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Drive product discovery and gather customer needs to inform product development.
  • Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and manage delivery of features.
  • Partner with data scientists and analysts to inform product decisions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in a collaborative Microsoft Technology environment.
  • SCRUM/Safe/Agile experience required.
  • Proven record of delivering end-to-end product solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, including defining and documenting product requirements.
