Position Overview

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough reviews of audit engagement processes executed by the audit team, ensuring professionalism and timeliness.
  • Executing detailed audit tests on various income statement and balance sheet accounts as required.
  • Building and maintaining strong client service relationships while effectively utilizing firm resources to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Leveraging technology tools in daily tasks and showing a commitment to process improvement through technological advancements.
  • Identifying issues and proposing practical solutions, balancing client needs with the firm's risk management.
  • Adhering to deadlines and budgets, while proactively communicating any potential variances.
  • Assisting in the management, development, and coaching of professional staff.
  • Participating in presentations at board and audit committee meetings.
  • Expanding personal referral networks and clientele while engaging in team marketing initiatives.

  • Experience in managing multiple client engagements concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both verbally and in writing.
  • Professional relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current auditing and accounting principles.
  • A passion for mentoring and training fellow professionals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant audit experience.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
