Your Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of audit engagement processes executed by the audit team with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Executing detailed audit procedures on various financial accounts as required.
  • Building and maintaining strong client service relationships while leveraging firm resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Utilizing advanced technology tools in daily tasks and demonstrating a commitment to enhancing work processes through innovation.
  • Identifying issues and proposing effective solutions, balancing client needs with the firm's risk management strategies.
  • Adhering to deadlines and budgets, while proactively communicating any potential discrepancies.
  • Supporting the development and mentorship of junior staff members.
  • Participating in presentations at board and audit committee meetings.
  • Fostering personal referral networks and engaging in team marketing initiatives.

  • Proven track record of maintaining professional client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of current auditing and accounting principles.
  • A passion for mentoring and training fellow professionals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant audit experience.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
