Job Summary:

As a Grants Coordinator at the Arizona Official Website of State of Arizona, you will play a crucial role in the management of grants. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate grant activities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Tracking and Research: Conduct financial research and tracking to ensure compliance with grant requirements.

Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including budget preparation and control, planning, and report preparation.

Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including research, special projects, and correspondence.

Reporting: Prepare fiscal and operational reports, as well as support team members with reporting documents.

Meetings and Events: Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Communication: Communicate with consultants, staff, vendors, grant partners, and hospitals/clinics throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

At least 3 years of experience with federally funded grants is preferred.
