About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Sapphire Technologies. As a key member of our sales back office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal departments and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing and Handling: You will be responsible for processing and handling customer orders, including shipping and customs coordination.
  • Customer Request Coordination: You will work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Liaison with Sales Field Team: You will serve as a liaison between the sales field team and internal departments, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Project-Related Work: You will contribute to the development, coordination, and improvement of our innovative and market-oriented sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Commercial Training: You should have completed commercial training, preferably with further education in business or technology.
  • Language Skills: You should have excellent English skills, written and spoken, with additional foreign language skills desirable.
  • Technical Skills: You should be proficient in SAP and MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: You should possess strong organizational skills, a customer service orientation, and an independent and solution-oriented work style.
