  • Initiate proactive outreach to customers for sales and service opportunities
  • Maintain a tidy and organized branch environment
  • Participate in yearly inventory assessments

Performance Expectations:

  • Guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Process orders efficiently
  • Achieve branch performance benchmarks
  • Follow up on customer inquiries within established timelines
  • Attend product and technical training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Positive demeanor
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Preferred proficiency in computer applications

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports directly to the Branch Manager
  • No direct supervisory responsibilities

Compensation:

$19-22/hr
