- Uphold company policies and procedures
- Initiate proactive outreach to customers for sales and service opportunities
- Maintain a tidy and organized branch environment
- Participate in yearly inventory assessments
Performance Expectations:
- Guarantee customer satisfaction
- Process orders efficiently
- Achieve branch performance benchmarks
- Follow up on customer inquiries within established timelines
- Attend product and technical training sessions
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication abilities
- Positive demeanor
- Valid Driver's License required
- Preferred proficiency in computer applications
Reporting Structure:
- Reports directly to the Branch Manager
- No direct supervisory responsibilities
Compensation:
$19-22/hr
