WHAT QUALIFICATIONS CONTRIBUTE TO SUCCESS?

A successful Lead Personal Banking Specialist typically possesses:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service.
  • Prior experience in teller operations or cash handling, along with consumer loan expertise, is advantageous.
