The Quality Improvement Educator will play a critical role in developing and implementing education programs that enhance employee knowledge and skills. Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver education programs that address specific learning needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality educational content.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Evaluate staff competencies and develop targeted training plans.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into education programs.
Requirements
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospice or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
