We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Business Development Consultant to join our team at Team Granger. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed monthly goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, product knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  4. Work closely with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with superior time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Computer literate/knowledge, data entry skills, and Microsoft Word proficiency preferred.
