Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As an Automotive Finance Manager Trainee at our dealership, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities, from generating and managing sales leads to helping our team continue our success. You will work closely with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and perform needs analysis to determine desired make, type, and features of vehicles.
  • Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in the showroom or on the road.
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer databases.
  • Negotiate sales price and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicles.
  • Complete paperwork and arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
  • Deliver and familiarize customers with vehicles.
  • Attend required training and department meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to speak a second language (a plus).
  • One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Organization and thorough follow-up skills.
  • Current valid driver's license.
