Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our sales efforts in the Regional/Retail division, promoting and selling commercial/specialty vehicles in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B territory sales experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong negotiation and closing ability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including businesses and fleet owners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Collaborate with RVP and marketing team on promotional strategies.
  • Conduct field-based product demonstrations and on-site visits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B territory sales experience; commercial vehicle industry experience is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and desire to build a successful sales territory.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, MS Teams, and Zoom.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
