Role Summary:

The Spa Supervisor plays a vital role in our daily operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient management and administration of the front desk, adhering to our Spa Standards.

Your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by coordinating guest treatments and experiences while inspiring the Spa Concierge team to prioritize positive guest interactions.

  • Oversee a small team of Spa Concierges and assist in onboarding new staff
  • Manage daily financial operations of the spa register
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust weekly schedules for Concierge and Spa Attendants
  • Lead daily briefings as assigned
  • Serve as a resource for all Bella Santé team members
  • Address guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly, escalating to the Spa Director when necessary
