Salon Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salon Apprentice to join our team at Bella Santé Spas. As a Salon Apprentice, you will assist our team of stylists with guest and spa needs, ensuring a top-notch experience for our clients.

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying services for the stylists.
• Help with color formulation and preparation of guests for services.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain the salon to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
• Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.

• Must hold and maintain a current Massachusetts state license.
• Possess the ability to work without direct supervision and contribute to a culture of peer accountability.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.
