Customer Advocate Opportunity

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a driven and agile Customer Advocate to join our Customer Service team in Wausau, WI. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with assigned accounts to provide overall account management and deliver world-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely communications to internal and external customers on order fulfillment
  • Manage order and inventory processes based on forecast and modeling
  • Ensure on-time and in-full shipments
  • Develop and execute project management plans for external customers
  • Achieve cash flow goals and manage accounts receivable and working capital
  • Participate in Lean Sigma projects and deploy continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customer contacts
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' work experience or proven track record for success
  • Four-year degree in applicable field of study or compensatory work experience
  • Solid understanding of customer account management
  • General understanding and experience with ERP business applications (SAP preferred)
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Successful time management and prioritization skills
  • Effective written and oral communication
