About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness Menomonee Falls. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive member experience by greeting members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Take prospective members on tours of the club and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, reach, and kneel in order to complete cleaning tasks throughout the club.
