We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to clients and branch office partners.
This role offers competitive compensation ($21/hour) with the potential to convert to a permanent position after the 12-month contract period is completed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch service to clients and branch office partners
- Be the first point of contact for inquiries about banking, brokerage accounts, credit/debit cards, and small business accounts
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple systems and think critically to resolve issues
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2+ years of high-volume call center experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for customer service and a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
